For projects requiring formal confidentiality protection, an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) can be provided to establish additional contractual protection for confidential materials.

A project is considered confirmed only after the required 40% deposit has been received and the scope, deadline, and agreed turnaround have been confirmed.

The remaining balance is payable upon completion and submission of the agreed work to the client.

Each project includes one complimentary revision based on the original agreed brief and requirements.

Additional revisions after the first complimentary revision are treated as edited copies and may incur an additional charge. Changes that substantially alter the original scope may require a revised quotation.

Depending on project scope and availability, LEX may offer 24-hour, 48-hour, and 7-day turnaround options.

Rush projects may attract an additional 30% turnaround surcharge, confirmed before work begins. Turnaround begins once the required project information, materials, instructions, and deposit have been received.

Quotes are based on the requirements provided at the time of booking. Additional pages, sections, research requirements, formatting changes, or substantial restructuring may require a revised quotation before additional work begins.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate instructions, source materials, university requirements, supervisor feedback, and relevant deadlines. Delays caused by missing information or late feedback may affect the agreed turnaround.

The outstanding balance is payable when the agreed project has been completed and submitted to the client. Additional work outside the original scope will be discussed before proceeding.

Clients may receive a referral discount of up to 10% when they refer a new client to LEX. The discount applies after the referred client's project has been completed and fully paid for.

LEX provides professional academic support, but no service can guarantee a particular grade, academic result, supervisor decision, grant outcome, or university admission.
